Not acrylic — here's how it works. Gel-X uses soft gel tips bonded over your natural nail. No infills. After 2 to 3 weeks, your set is removed and a fresh new set goes on. Every visit is a brand new look.

  • Studio address will be sent once your deposit is confirmed — a few days before your appointment.
  • Please arrive on time. Over 10 minutes late incurs a $10 fee; after 20 minutes the appointment is cancelled.
  • 48 hours notice required for cancellations. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee; no-shows are charged 50% of the service.
  • Nail clients: arrive with clean nails, free from old product where possible.
  • Lash clients: arrive with clean lashes, no eye makeup. Avoid caffeine before your appointment.

Terms & Conditions
Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable $20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals over 10 minutes late will incur a $10 fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.

Appointments

Please arrive with clean lashes or nails. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment. A fix may be offered where appropriate.

Health & Aftercare

Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to their appointment. Aftercare must be followed, as we are not responsible for issues resulting from improper care.
